Order Processing Times

In-Stock Orders: Processed and packaged within 2–3 business days (or sooner) after your order is placed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Pre-Orders & Special Orders: Please allow 3–6 weeks before shipping, as these items are made to order and require additional production time.

Once your order has been shipped:

First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is packaged and ready for shipment.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you require your order to arrive by a certain date, please email us at botail@yahoo.com before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

International Shipping Notice

Delivery times for international orders vary and may take several weeks depending on the destination and customs processing times.
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our possession and cannot offer replacements for lost international orders.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that shipping is at your own risk.
