Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 30-day period.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at botail@yahoo.com and send your return to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on location.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
